The patio

Roughly 30 by 100 feet, shade sails, string lights, a ping-pong table, and misters for the hot months.

Attested by Tom on site, 2 September 2026. The dimensions are his estimate by eye, not a measurement.

Power, freely given

Lasso lets customers use their electricity. Plugs are not rationed.

Attested by Tom, who put it this way: in most cities a socket has become a commodity to hoard. Albuquerque treats it as something free to everyone.

How they pour an Americano

Espresso goes over the oat milk, not the other way around.

Attested by Tom, 2 September 2026, who had one. He also notes the board prices run a dollar or more under most coffee shops.

Only German styles, on purpose

The house beer is German. The Mexican lager came off the board and the Oktoberfest went on in September.

Where the crew eats

Es Que Market, about a 700-foot walk away.

Told to Tom by the bartender, who said the whole Lasso crew goes at least once a week. That recommendation is why the next page on this tree exists.
